Virtual learning community focused on Art

Virtual learning community focused on Art

The topic we have chosen to talk about is art.

We have chosen Facebook, Facebook is a social network that was created the 4th of February 2004 to keep people in touch, so that they could share information, news and audiovisual content with their own friends and family. It is one of the digital channels best known by all users who browse the Internet today. It can also be used to create communities like the one we have created about art where people can collaborate and exchange information.

We have chosen Facebook because this website offers a platform for sharing your desired content with others, whether it be soliciting public opinion, posing questions, and more. You have also the ability to share photos, videos, and updates with friends, family, or the general public, with control over the extent of information shared and with whom.

In addition to its primary function as a social networking site, Facebook also features a chat function encompassing text, audio, and video communication. This chat application, integrated within Facebook, allows users to engage in conversations with their Facebook friends who are online. Consequently, there's little need for separate messenger apps like Skype or Yahoo Messenger when you can conveniently communicate with all your contacts on Facebook, a platform where you likely spend a significant portion of your time.

Finally it is a great tool for many individuals, particularly students, that utilize Facebook chat for group discussions, while businesses find it suitable for brief meetings and exchanges.

In my opinion, the use of virtual learning communities is really useful in order to interact, gather information and collaborate with other people who are interested in the same topics as you. Moreover, it is really useful to discover new materials and foster the exchange of information. It can also be used to connect with people and share ideas, perspectives, points of view and opinions.

Having said this, I strongly believe that virtual learning communities are a powerful tool to gather information and are really useful to broaden our knowledge.

Few would dispute that educati on plays an important role in society , as it goes far beyond learning academic subjects , and involves the instruction of children and young people to create and foster a fairer , supportive, and egalitarian community .   Regarding my educational background , I have completed my studies in the public school system within the bilingual studies program of the Community of Madrid.
